Ownership Opportunities with Modesto Condos
This past weekend I held an Open House...well, Open Condo, at a complex bordering Creekside Golf Course in Modesto. It was in a gated community known as Creekside Villas with a pool, tidy landscaping and was exceptionally quiet. Entirely too quiet actually, which meant that I had a little time to put together a quick virtual tour with my handy little iPhone.

I posted the video to the usual online locations and received some great feedback, comments and calls with interest and exclamation over the opportunity. It is hard to believe that homes are available for under $50,000, especially with a pool, a golf course view and such a nice, clean, quiet area.
I have since then started helping a few couples search for condos in the Modesto area and found that there are currently 70 condominium listings in Modesto under $150,000 with an average listing price of only $68,444. They range from 1 to 4 bedrooms and many of them boast exceptional features like crown molding, granite countertops, upgraded flooring and a low maintenance, low cost lifestyle that has a few current renters, tired homeowners and investors excited to take the plunge.
